Zillow leaves a lot to be desired but it’s a good place to start researching. The visuals alone do that.

Zillow is a home and real estate marketplace dedicated to helping homeowners, home buyers, sellers, renters, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, landlords and property managers find and share vital information about homes, real estate, mortgages and home improvement. Though Zillow doesn’t release the number of real estate agents who use its platform, it does say that agents with more than five reviews on their profiles get twice as many inquiries as those who don’t have any reviews at all.

Add to that Zestimate® home values, Rent Zestimates and lots of other useful information you won’t find anywhere else, and as a result, consumers are given an edge in real estate.
